Cubicle Riot hosts a collection of digital experiments. The developer created these apps for fun. You are welcome to use them if you like. But ChatGPT says this website should have a Terms of Use, because too many people went to law school. So, here goes...
By visiting cubicleriot.com (the "Site") or using any of the apps, games, or tools (the "Apps"), you agree to Cubicle Riot's eminently reasonable Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don’t agree with the Terms, then kick rocks.
You may use the Site and Apps under the following conditions:
- Personal Use: You’re free to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- No Misuse: Don’t use the Apps to harm anyone or break any laws. And please don’t modify, sell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Apps.
- As-Is: The Site and Apps are provided "as is" and "with all faults." Cubicle Riot is not promising they’ll work perfectly or meet your expectations.
- Ownership: All the Apps, code, designs, and content on the Site belong to Cubicle Riot, unless otherwise noted, so you can’t claim them or reuse them without permission.
- Liability: Cubicle Riot is not responsible if something goes wrong while you’re using the Site or Apps, like if your computer crashes and you lose data, or if you have a seizure while using an App, or if your cat loves an App and knocks your laptop off your desk. Use the Site and Apps at your own risk.
- Changes or Termination: These Terms can be changed at any time by posting the new version here and updating the date at the top. Cubicle Riot can also limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or Apps at any time.
- Law Stuff: These Terms follow the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any legal disputes must be addressed in courts in Wake County, North Carolina.
